Safe, Respectful, and Person-Centred SIL
With our SIL supports, we help participants who require ongoing or regular help with daily tasks, personal care, and shared living responsibilities. Whether you live on your own or in a shared arrangement, our focus is on creating a supportive, inclusive, and respectful environment that feels like home.
Participants are actively involved in decisions about their daily routines, household arrangements, and the type of support they receive, ensuring they remain in control of their living environment.
We work closely with participants, families, and allied health professionals to ensure each living arrangement is inclusive, functional, and supportive. We also treat participants with dignity, fairness, and cultural sensitivity at all times. Privacy, choice, and informed decision-making are actively protected, and we create safe spaces where individuals feel heard and respected.
